    The full-time general maintenance technician will be responsible for repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining facilities and furnishings in an independent manner with minimal supervision. Must be able to perform minor duties in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and appliance repairs efficiently and in a thorough manner in accordance with quality standards.

    • Guest Services Agent / Reservations - Kauai

      Ensure prompt and courteous service for guests and phone callers. Maintain accuracy in all front desk information. Handle guest issues, complaints, and requests, providing professionalism and a clean, welcoming appearance. Reservations duties include data entry, arrival prep, deposits, balance management, and addressing inquiries and requests.

        The full-time and Casual Housekeeper positions will be responsible for performing the functions associated with the housekeeping department and to ensure guest rooms are cleaned to standards.           The full-time houseman position will be responsible for assisting the housekeepers by performing various duties in condominium units, particularly upon guest departure. This position also includes window-washing, screen-washing, and wiping ceiling fan blade functions.
