    The Vacation Rental Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in the seamless execution of day-to-day operations for our portfolio of vacation rental properties.

    Reporting to the CVRH Operations Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring high quality guest experience and supporting revenue optimization strategies. The coordinator assists in managing guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, addressing guest inquiries and issues, and implementing operational procedures. This role involves supporting revenue management efforts by collecting data on market trends and booking patterns to help inform pricing decisions.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
    1. Assist the CVRH Operations Manager in coordinating daily operations of vacation rental properties.
    2. Facilitate check-ins, check-outs, and guest services, ensuring smooth processes and a positive guest experience.

        Assure immediate and courteous attention to all hotel guests and incoming phone calls.         Responsible for management of the daily operations of the Accounting Department.         Corporate and Property Communications:

        Qualifications:
