Program policies and member requirements:

  • Minimum night requirement: a minimum of 20 paid room nights per year maintains membership and active status.
  • Payments: guests will be responsible for all charges incurred during their stay and to pay in full at check-out unless other arrangements are made by an authorized caller.
  • Groups: program rates may be extended to groups of 10 or more based on availability. Group policies will apply. Call (808) 524-9220 or email [email protected].
  • Family Plan: hotel rooms can accommodate children 18 years or younger, sharing their parents’ room at no-charge when utilizing existing bedding. Except for The Spencer on Byron Hotel, where children must be 12 years or younger.
  • Taxes: All rates are subject to applicable taxes. Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
